RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the day of payment. If 30 days have passed since your complete payment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be in re-sellable condition. Non-customized leather goods, apparel, and footwear are the products that can be returned/exchanged if the above conditions are met.

Several goods cannot be returned—gift cards and custom orders not sold through our website. The item will be repaired or replaced if a custom order is deemed defective. Defects or malfunctions in our leather goods would include buckles, money clips, screws, and rivets.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. (Non-Crimson Serpents branded items only). If you need to exchange it for another size, color, or style, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund – whether it has been rejected or approved.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded/exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail it to Crimson Serpents Outpost. 4254 Manchester Ave. St. Louis, MO 63110. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not held accountable for lost items or damage sustained during shipping.
